Refund policy


At FVCK Lifestyle, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase and experience. The following terms and conditions apply to refunds and exchanges except for promotional or discounted items. 

LOCAL REFUNDS

Customers may return items for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will process refunds provided the returned item is in its original condition and meets all of the following requirements:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unwashed

  • Original price tags attached

  • Purchased through authorized channels:

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returned items are generally the customer's responsibility however under unique circumstances, this fee can and will be absorbed by FVCK Lifestyle on a case by case basis. 
  • The return label is downloadable via email which we will generate for you.
  • The restocking fee is absorbed by FVCK Lifestyle. 

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

All international orders are final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases shipped outside South Africa.

LOCAL EXCHANGES

Customers may exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be processed provided the item is in its original condition and meets all of the following requirements:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unwashed

  • Original price tags attached 

  • Purchased from www.fvcklifestyle.co.za

Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

All international orders are final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases shipped outside South Africa.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS

FVCK Lifestyle is committed to providing high-quality products. A defect is defined as a material imperfection in the manufacture or production of the garment. The following conditions are not considered defects:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear 

  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage 

Upon return of a potentially defective item, we will assess its condition. If confirmed defective, we will replace it with an identical item. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value to the original purchase price.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by not adhering to product wash and care instructions

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents 

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • A brief description of the issue

  • When the issue occurred 

  • Supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.) 

We will assess your request and respond within 24 hours.
