How do we differ?

FVCK Lifestyle is a social impact organization that leverages lifestyle fashion to spread positivity and condemn violence plaguing our communities.

Our story began with a rebellious spirit. FVCK emerged as a response to societal conformity, offering casual fashion wear that embodied a bold, nonconformist attitude. Founder Ellie Dlamini sought to challenge the status quo and live outside the box of conventional norms.

As we evolved, our purpose became clearer. We discovered a pressing need to address societal ills, particularly domestic violence. FVCK decided to harness the power of fashion to take a bold stand against these injustices.

We realized that traditional non-profit campaigns often relied on bland, mass-produced t-shirts that failed to resonate with younger audiences. As a youth-focused brand, FVCK has a built-in audience eager to engage with our mission. By incorporating our message into fashion garments, we encourage young people to participate in organizations that support reform, rehabilitation, and community building.

This approach allows us to convey our message in a way that transcends mere publicity. Through FVCK Lifestyle, we're fostering a community that promotes positivity, social awareness, and meaningful change.

Would I be mistaken for wearing something that resembles a swear word?

The discussion around domestic violence is a sensitive yet crucial topic that deserves open conversation. By intentionally using a provocative brand name, we aim to spark dialogue, evoke emotion, and raise awareness. FVCK Lifestyle is designed to be a conversation starter, encouraging people to engage with this important issue.

I love the garments but I can't wear this at work

In response, we've introduced a new 3-heart logo, offering a subtle, calming alternative to our traditional wordmark. This updated design allows you to wear FVCK garments confidently in any setting.

The significance of the 3 hearts lies in the tribute to our founding pillars: Linda Motaung, Sphamandla Dube, and Sibusiso Nkala. Their heart and soul remain with us as we continue to build on their legacy.

The 'Ely Lensley' foundation, on which the hearts rest, solidifies our founder Ellie Dlamini's original vision.

If you notice any errors with your shipping address and need to make a change, please contact our customer service team to assist. Should you notice any errors with your order items, customer service will assist in arranging an exchange upon delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

By Electronic Funds Transfer if shopping outside of our online store. Proof of payment to be shared on WhatsApp +27 71 766 6312

How do I know my payment is secure?

We only use trusted payment gateways on our online store that offer optimal consumer protection via data encryption, protecting your card and personal details, as well as 3D secure where applicable.

Do I have to pay to return my online order?

The cost for an online exchange is R200, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse as well as the delivery of the new exchange item to your door.

The cost for an refund is R150, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse. The collection fee of R150 will be deducted from the refund total, therefore there is no additional payment necessary from the customer's side.

How long does an online return take?

For a refund, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.

For an exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.

For an online refund request, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection and delivery to us. Thereafter, please allow 36 hours for us to initiate your refund and a further 10 to 14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.

For an online exchange, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection from you and delivery to GXB. Thereafter, it will take an additional 3 to 7 business days to receive your exchange item.

A garment I am looking for is not available

You can either keep an eye out for when it is restocked or pre-order the item. It takes 3 weeks for the garment to be ready and shipped to you.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed or sent timely updates on WhatsApp every step of the way, with shipping and tracking updates along the way.

How do I know if I am buying the correct size?

We've provided a size chart to guide you. If you're unsure about your measurements (e.g., chest size), please take a moment to measure yourself using a ruler. This ensures the best fit, as body types vary. Refer to our returns and exchanges policy for eligibility details in case you need to exchange an incorrect size.

The colour I want is not available?

Our fabric selection is determined by availability from our suppliers. Please note that some fabrics are seasonal and may be discontinued, while others may be phased out.

As a fashion brand, we operate in a fast-paced industry where supplier availability and fabric accessibility govern our production. Between photoshoots and manufacturing, variations can occur, resulting in slight color discrepancies. We strive to maintain uniformity and consistency, ensuring the highest quality products despite these challenges

A garment I like is never in-stock

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It takes between 3- 5 business days for orders shipped within South Africa

Can I pickup my order?

We do not offer pickup as yet.

How and where are the garments made?

FVCK Lifestyle is a proudly South African brand, and we're committed to local production – with around 60% of our products made in South Africa. For more complex designs, we partner with experienced international suppliers (around 40% of our production) who can deliver high-quality products within tight deadlines.

What quality standards are enforced?

Garments undergo rigorous quality assurance and product testing to identify potential defects that may arise from normal wear and tear, as well as customer care. Through this process, we've gained a thorough understanding of the factors that contribute to garment issues. This expertise informs our standard procedure for verifying the legitimacy of returns.
